• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread across three spacious levels, there’s room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Soaring ceilings, rustic rock accents, and an open-concept main living area set the stage for group gatherings, while multiple outdoor spaces, including three decks and a lush backyard, invite you to soak up the coastal sunshine. Upstairs, unwind in the ocean-view master suite, or retreat downstairs to a second living room complete with games and direct access to the yard. Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony, prepping dinner in the oversized kitchen, or catching the sunset after a day at the beach, this home is your group's front row seat to the laid back magic of Cayucos.
Home Features
- The master bedroom with king size bed, located on the top floor of this home includes beach and ocean views, personal balcony, a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
- The second and third bedrooms are also located on the top floor, one includes a queen bed and the other includes two twin beds.
- The 4th bedroom is located within the garage on the main level of the house and it includes a twin over full bunk bed
- The 5th bedroom is located on the bottom floor of the home and includes a king size bed and twin bunk beds with attached bathroom.
- The main living area includes cozy furniture, high ceilings and large windows. The open floor plan leads the living room directly into the dining room which features a deck overlooking the creek.
- The large kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for the entire family! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive decks just off the kitchen, also overlooking the creek!
- The downstairs den has another TV, comfy seating and games for the entire family to enjoy. The downstairs also has its own entrance to the backyard.
- Laundry is available on site and located in the garage.
- Charcoal BBQ located on the balcony off the kitchen. Please note: Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided.
- Additional amenities include ping pong table, foosball, boogie boards and beach towels.
No Smoking on premiseses and No Pets allowed!
Please note the rock fireplace located in the living room is not operational.
